Group Class Pricing
Participants have options to register for 2-day, 3, 4, or UNLIMITED classes per week. Sessions are scheduled monthly. A three month commitment is required to receive the following pricing: Cost of 8 classes per month is $60, 12 is $75, 16 is $90, and 20+/UNLIMITED is $105. Clients may change commitment level each month with the minimum being 8. Monthly attendees receive $10 off birthday month and adding a spouse or child 12 and older offers a $15 monthly discount.
Commitment can be made month-to-month for an added $20/month. Payment is due before your first session and can be made with cash, check, or card. No refunds or carrying over of classes.
Spin and BodyPump classes require online reservation (see the schedule/reservations tab.) Drop ins or guests are welcome to attend classes for $10 each.
Personal training is offered in 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. Call for pricing!

Les Mills BodyCombat is a moderate-high intensity mixed martial arts inspired cardio class offered in either 30-, 45-, or 55-minute time slots. Blast calories, get in knockout shape, and train your entire body while you learn elements of boxing, kickboxing, tae Kwon do, Muay Thai, and more! No equipment required except for a mat for the abs/cooldown track.
Les Mills CXWORX is a 30 minute class that hits the high points. Great for injury prevention and tightening core muscles including abs, shoulders, back, glutes, and hamstrings. You should bring a mat and you have an option to add a weight plate and resistance band provided by us! It’s an effective class on its own or a great complement before or after cardio.
Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is a full-body barbell workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You will be coached through the scientifically proven moves and techniques and will leave the class feeling challenged and motivated. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
Spin is a low impact, high energy class that offers a worthwhile calorie burn. Cover an impressive number of miles, sweat, sculpt your lower body, and strengthen your heart, all while having as much fun as you can on our stationary state-of-the-art Keiser bike.
Our bootcamp style classes started it all and are strength training focused. While we touch on all the important elements of an effective program (cardio, core, balance, strength), we believe weight training is an effective way to change body composition and emphasize shaping and strengthening each muscle group. Oftentimes muscle groups are split up into one or two each day to “burn them out” and then "break them down" in order to encourage change.
